The guy is basically selling tips, not fixed matches. Today his "fix" was Vitesse to win, he gave me by email, I wanted to test him and said i'll pay after the match.
Matched ended 2-2.
Luckily didn't play the bet, and the guy said earlier it was 100% safe. Asshole.
