Why does a single match have multiple spread lines but only one payout

Hey guys,
Wondering why on Pinny and some of the other major sportsbooks some lines will quote multiple spreads for the same match at the same time, but only a single set of odds.

For instance, Saturday's Man U v. Newcastle line looks like:
Man U -1 and -1.5 2.120
Newcastle +1 and +1.5 1.833

Shouldn't there be one payout for the -1 and a separate payout for the -1.5?

what? I can see multiple choices on the dropdown box, for instance Man U -1 asian is -116, -1.5 is +145

Is there anywhere/any way I can see the pinny lines on a different site or some other way?

Looks like they just changed the lines on pinny its at 2.08 for Newcastle +1, its at 2.25 on bovada if you're interested

yeah you need to have an account. They will just provide the standard handicap if you dont log-in, same for 5dimes, bookmaker etc...
