Leverkusen to beat man utd looks like a decent pick, I just don't rate man utd and have been some what lucky in the CL this season, and were awfully poor against sociedad away last match day. Leverkusen being a better team than sociedad imo i feel can get something out of it.

yeah there is always that possibility so it might be worth checking the handicap market for any possible value (which i haven't yet) but in the mean time im favouring towards a leverkusen win, man utd without carrick are hopeless in midfield something i think leverkusen can capitalise on. My only concern would be how leverkusen intend to deal with rooney who is arguably their only danger man this season, still i favour leverkusen to win at this stage.

i am german and watch almost every bundeliga match of the big 4 (bayern, dortmund, leverkusen, schalke) and i am telling you leverkusen ML is not a wise call.
manchester utd might struggle with injuries and the post ferguson era but leverkusen isn't impressive at all at the top international level.
hyypiä is a young coach, one of their topscorers sam got injured in saturdays match vs berlin.
their team is top europe league level with kießling and son in front.
i don't see that much man utd games, but i would rather pick man utd draw no bet for 2.20 than aiming for an leverkusen win.

I take your points on board but I would still say the key point to make is the injury to Carrick, he is man utd's only capable midfielder right now, he can pass and intercept balls, at the moment fellaini plays with little interest, whilst cleverley can't defend. They have really lost their fear factor this season partly because moyes is only interested in protecting a 1 goal lead, if leverkusen can play with intensity they will no doubt trouble utd and beat them.

Thanks kartoulas About the Bayer Leverkusen-Man Utd game. This could be a really tight game imo. I've only watched Hertha-Bayer game and Leverkusen defense didn't convince me too much, but neither did the Man Utd defense. Evans can really make mistakes, but their defense is quite good on the wings, so I guess Bayer is going to exploit the vulnerability Evans exposes. But then again, Leverkusen defense can be vulnerable. It really feels like a draw here.
