How to lay a soccer team on pinnacle for 1 unit?

Hi,

Wondering if anyone can tell me the efficient way of calculating how to lay (bet against) a team on pinnacle.
Since you will have to bet the draw and the opposing team how do you calculate how much of the unit to bet on each.
I know you can lay teams on betfair but I would like to know how to calculate this on pinnacle if anyone can tell me that would be great.

So for example Sporting Cristal are playing Atletico Madrid, and you wanted to "bet against" or "lay" Atletico Madrid, then you are saying you think Sporting Cristal will win or draw. So then you'd click on the drop-down box (next to Sporting Cristal) and select the +0.5 @ +188. +0.5 is the same as saying win or draw, or "double chance"... so you basically win as long as Atletico don't win. So you wouldn't need to bet on the win and draw separately (you'd be paying more juice that way).
