Uruguay-Italy Under 2.5
Uruguay even with their strong attack has had trouble scoring for some time including qualifications and I don't think they will be able to break the Italian defense. Italy also misisng Balotelli up front and might play youngsters. This looks like a 1-0 or 1-1 game.

Under seems good.. and in most high pressure matches... under seems to be more common.. not like in Group stages..
But then again... this is sort of a bs game with no pressure. so.... its not like a final where each team can't afford to mess up. the flow might accelerate here.... and if so... it could have lots of attack.
if this was a final.. id be supporting that all the way.
im not sure if ill pass or not.

Italy without motivation is a piss poor team.

Add in the fact this game is in South America I like Uruguay here after the way they lost to Brazil. Italy is the definition of arrogance in european soccer. If they get carded for flopping I may think they are at least trying, but I don't see any effort given by them here.Comment -
I think all the reasons it here tend to lean towards a higher scoring game, honestly. Average number of goals scored in this third place game over the past 5 years is 5.3 goals per game. Uruguay aren't a traditional "national power" so beating Italy and getting third place would be a good accomplishment in a way. Also with their number one squad against an Italy team without their field general in Pirlo out there makes it difficult to call.Comment -
saw the first half 1-0 italy so far. This one should cash easily and Uruguay will likely try to equalize in the 2nd half and be forced to attack and if they score at 1-1 both teams likely play careful not to concede. This one should cash easily at this point.Comment -
It honestly should be 0-0, that was a fluke goal that went in as the goalkeeper decided to let it cross and set up a goal kick instead of risking grabbing it. It was a fluke play and will probably be on the bloopersComment -

Not sure what you mean, all bets are final @ end of regulation, with the exception of "Team A (or B) wins 3rd place". If you had over 3.5 or less then you cashed. ML bet is lost.
