I doubt Monaco will care at the moment since they are not going to play in Europe next season.
Frankly speaking, I believe FFP only works if a club can't afford to pay for their players. Look at Malaga this season and compare them to the other big spenders like Man City/Chelsea/Bayern. As long as they pay the transfer fee to the other clubs on time, nobody cares if they spend 100m.Comment -
