The line movement in small leagues does not mean that a game is for sure fixed.Bookies don't have good information on small leagues and they release wrong opening odds.People from those countries who have better information hammer those "off" odds until it goes where the odd should be.IMO the heavy line movement means either it is wrong opening odd (50%) or it is fixed (50%) , not 100% fixed.I am referring to pre-match odds.If it happens in-play , then that is 100% fixed.

What are some sure signs a game is fixed?

Not 100% sure unless the people who fixed it tell you it's fixed, but huge amounts wagered compared to other games in the league, bookies suspending certain markets or games, odds dropping sharply are all signs

Yeah I was thinking that, I wanna help contribute back but I wasn't sure how I could (other than hearing/reading things) but oddsportal is pretty good.

No good for stuff that's dropped from 45/1 to 35/1, but if HT/FT drops from like 40/1 to 8/1 where you think, "Okay, that's way too low" it's worth looking at
