sometimes they will be off on the price, and people bet hard, so price drops.
occasionally, it will be fixed - more often it wont and just the wrong starting price/team news etc

If a game is fixed, you need either:
1. Huge amounts for the outcome in Betfair meaning 100k+
2. A huge movement to a price below 1.20-1.30, not some slight movement from 3 to 2.50
Just my oppinion though ...
