pretty simple here, Real Madrid wants to win at least one piece of hardware this season, and despite Atletico being considered a "powerhouse" we all know they piss their pants when they play Barca or Real Madrid. Lost to B team of Real a few weeks ago, and lost to Barca in the last 20 minutes when Barca was playing with 10 men and without Messi lol. So only way I see Atletico pulling off a miracle is with ref help. Hoping its not that kind of game, and Real get their much deserved trophy.

When I first saw this game, I thought a Cruz Azul win, they are very dominant lately, kinda like the Bayern of Mexico. But I may be trying to be sharp here, but I think Santos at home is the play. They are easily a championship candidate as well, and Santos was the only team I saw that gave Cruz Azul a hard time during the last few weeks of the season. game starts in 20 minutes

Portland has proven to be a worthy opponent on the road. DC United is looking better than they started the season but still need a lot of work imo. They were very lucky to escape with a draw last week against Kansas.
Ref disallowed 1 goal due to a incorrect offside call and called an incorrect handball right when player had a open shot at goal, so KC was robbed imo. I think things will be different in this game. Kansas is an exceptional team but Portland is an offensive machine and I believe will be too much for DCs defense which is still a bit frail

Toronto on a bit of a drought, i think this is their perfect bounce back game. Toronto has the potential to be better than their record looks, some bad late game defense has always cost them games. Phili off a cup game during the week should be a factor here.

Montreal just had a big championship Canada cup game mid week, so Sporting KC winning this one at home is expected, but my biggest concern here is that KC is missing Besler and Zusi (international duty). Zusi is the playmaker of the team, without him, i dont see much good offense being played,(which is the reason im taking +1, if KC do win, I only see it being by 1 goal) so this one is feeling like a draw game or perhaps Montreal can steal a win. Montreal is a great offensive team and will be very motivated after winning the Canada cup

two of the worst teams in the east going head to head. both teams have showed signs of improvement in their last couple of games. but I believe this is DC United's chance at getting their first win. Chicago and D.C United play the same kind of football, touch, touch, and lobs type of game, D.C has DeRosario though who can always create something. This is looking like a draw game, possible DC win.
UNDER 2.5 looks good here too seeing as both teams have trouble scoring goals, but with 2 of the worst defenses going head to head, you can never be sure.



also, Galaxy/Revs is a no bet for me, Galaxy is the -0.5 favorite on the road, and they are indeed playing great football as the line suggests, they are missing Keane and Omar Gonzalez, but even without Keane they have showed they are capable of getting the W. But it's difficult to bet again the Revs who have improved significantly the past few games (winning at Houston). Revs seem to have gotten things together, and are a hot team, so it's a very hard game to predict, since it could go either way.

Mexico has solid defense, and although Brazil showed a solid performance against Japan(3-0 win), I can see Brazil either winning this by 1 or drawing with Mexico. Mexico in a must win situation,and they definitely have the talent to do so against a Brazil that is still trying make a name for themselves as alot of their results havent been "Brazil" worthy. I think Mexico can manage a draw here.

Mexico's defense didnt look very solid against Italy! ITaly should of scored 3 or 4 and Balotelli was blatantly fouled in the box and should of got a pen. Maza Rodriguez had a nightmare of a game
