Anyone have any luck betting this league? Irish papers have decent coverage so you it's possible to do a little research. Played a couple of heavy favorites that won easily last week and two stick out today.

Dundalk PK -133 This one looks solid, put in the play already.

Drogheda United +1 vs Shamrock Rovers at -132. Both teams have played 6 matches. Shamrock have 5 draws and one win scoring three in the win and two total in the draws. Drogheda have 4 draws, 1 win, 1 loss and that was just by a goal. Based on those numbers the +1 line doesn't make sense, which makes me worry that I am missing something. Probably going to lay off or maybe just put a little on the draw witch is at +224.

Good luck, they look to be pretty poor.

Dundalk PK has moved to -150 glad I got it in earlier. Drogheda United +1 has actually moved tad to -135, just going to lay off that one, must be something I don't know.

Edit: Decided to throw a little on Draw +281 in the Drogheda match.

Nice late goal for the over there. Hit on my draw play and had a miracle push in my Dundalk PK play. Down 2-0 and scored 2 in the 71st minute.

Got some matches today. UC Dublin at home against St Patrick's Athletic was +553 yesterday and now up to +714. Outside of being thumped by the clear top two clubs UCD have scored in all there matches and all but 1 have been list by a goal. Going to put a little on UCD at +714.

Lost the long shot and draw plays, parlay hit with Shamrock crushing 7-0. All favorites won today and that is what I am going with tomorrow. Undefeated and at home Sligo is the play and line will go up by tomorrow so putting it in now.

Will wait and see if line moves much and read up a little more tomorrow before deciding.

Yeah, had this one marked doing preliminary research. Number's really dropped in the last day. Don't like laying too much juice but may play -1 @ -149, figure a push is worst case scenario.

Line had only ticked up a little to -104 which had me a little nervous. Has moved to -107 and then to -110 in the last few minutes.

Edit: Ouch, red card and a penalty put Limerick down 1, but they tie it up within four minutes. Will be tough to pull though being a man down though.

Four matches to mull over today. One play in and looking over the other matches still.

Cork City vs Dundalk - Draw +239.
Dundalk at home and probably stronger side, but their leading scorer is out through suspension. Also both teams are mid table and have a bunch of draws with other mid table clubs.
