Quick soccer jersey question

Really long time ago I had a soccer jersey. It was yellow and blue and "SEGA" was written on the front. I think it was english players jersey and number 10 (?) Im curious what team was it? ( back then I did not know any soccer teams)

#10 was Dennis Bergkamp when they played in that strip in 2000 UEFA Cup final.
