Back in Business - March till CL Final

Hello SBR!

Last year I lost my bankroll of $15000, I built from nearly nothing ($250), due to tilt. I was so frustrated that I deposited another $1000 and of course lost it on the first day. This was the second time I lost a big bankroll, although the other time I was able to cash out $2k. My logic consequence was to quit betting.
But you guys know how it is, we can't quit forever


So I deposited another $1000 on the day of the Africa Cup Finale and won $3000 over the course of the last month
I cashed out my initial $1000 and am now only playing with my winnings.

Thats why I open this thread, to avoid further tilting and to share bets and opinions.

Chelsea is my most uncertain pick here. It's a tough call. Normally they would pound Bucaresti, but as we saw against Sparta Prague they play really bad in the EL. I saw Sparta live against Admira Mödling (last place in Austria) and they were really bad, like a team of 14 year olds and Chelsea still had a hard time. But I like the odds and I think they will will win 0:1 or 1:2.

Lazio defeated Mönchengladbach, which is playing a lot better than Stuttgart this year, therefore I think Lazio will win 0:2 or 0:3. Still took the pk because Lazio has problems with playing consistently, Klose is still missing and they are playing on the road. The odds in this game are great

Kazan has a great team but can't find to its best game this year. But they beat Atletico Madrid and again have great odds. If they can't unfold their offensive power they at least won't get more than one goal.

Yeah its awful. Have been playing profitable online poker for 4 years now and thought I am totally immune against tilt after being confronted with it every single day, but from time to time, like twice a year it gets me and afterwards I just think: You fukkin idiot, what did you do? Now you have to play for 2-4 weeks every day just to get break even again

Another pk bet. You will see more of them in the future. Saved my ass a few times already.

Don't know if I should hit Tottenham -1. I really like them the last few games, but then again - it's Inter. Also Bale is never attacked by more than 2 players in the PL. Most of the times only by 1 and he gets a lot of space. If Inter concentrates on him, Tottenham will have a really hard time. Whats your opinion?

Meaning you "go on a tilt" - i.e. you lose control and keep chasing and chasing with bigger and bigger plays til you lose it all.

Tilt is when you lost a lot and you get frustrated. Then you tend to make uncontrolled plays that aren't optimal or -EV in the long term. In my case I didn't stick to bankroll management and raised my bets each time I lost and placed big bets on highly risky games or teams I don't even know, just to win the lost money back. You sure know that
