Digging through team infos I found Niger players are pretty much from local league (!!!).
The most talented is Moussa Mazou who plays for Etoile du Sahel (TUN) and has a little european experience.
Congo stands at upper level imho: a lot of players from Mazembe (semi-finalist in the last CAF CL), the defense is made up by players which currently play at top level in France and Turkey (Mabiala is the starter for Karabukspor), midfield is a mix of experience and top-class for this level (I mean, come on, Mulumbu is a starter in Premier for WBA!!) and on offense they've LuaLua, captain Mputu, and Mbokani who's a star in Europe (his value is way up 5m€).
Even 1.80 for a win seems a tasty price.Comment -
