FA Cup - Man United v. West Ham - Why is the total at 2.5???

OVER 2.5 seems like the obvious play. It's currently set at -146. I was expecting a juicy line at 3...what gives?

Books not expecting a solid lineup for either team? Both sides are very capable of putting in two goals a piece. Any thoughts?
