I do like Leeds double chance here, they are a team that often gets itself up for these games against EPL opposition as they used to be one of the big boys themselves. I might wait until closer to kick off to decide on that play though just to see the lineups like you mentioned.

Intertops. Just started utilizing them recently. Had been looking around for another book to sprinkle some money into with some decent options.

Only took the total. Got it live in the first half at a flat 2.5 for -125. With the lineup Chelsea put out, expected a serious effort. Might still draw - but thought they had a good shot to win.

Thanks Mase, and everyone in the thread, I cashed the over baby... So Double is actually two seperate bets, one on the team and one on the draw?? Or is it it's own bet, with my online book just not allowing those types of bets.

Single bet covering two outcomes, in this case win/draw. Price reflected in the odds. A lot of the books available to US players have vanilla offerings, basically spread, ml, and totals so there's a good chance it's not offered by your book. More info on double chance:

It is its own bet. If they win or draw, you win your bet - hence why the odds are far less than taking an underdog to win outright or a draw. It's not a bad tool if you can take laying big chalk on some teams. Intertops offers it for most if not all their soccer matches. So you could take a home team that is a big favorite and cover a draw with that sort of bet. Of course you're probably laying -400, but if you think there's a great chance they don't lose - could be worth it for the high rollers.

Swords/Eagles, thanks a lot for explaining to a new soccer wagerer... I don think intertops is available to us players but i will take a look and see, i appreciate it guys... I am now 3-0 life time wagering on soccer simply lurking in this thread over the past week or two sweet!!!

Unless EP's moved, we're both US. Must have relaxed their restriction. I'm sure EP will chime in.
