Shakhtar DNB, their last game of year, I'll take the chance that they will want to go out with a bang for their fans and not ruin their amazing home run (unbeaten since Porto game in November 2011). Plus Juve just haven't been that impressive recently (and Juve are my team!). Recently Pirlo has been very average and looked slightly fatigued and been too casual, Vucinic not been great, Marchisio is out, Vidal is playing with knocks and is tired, Chiellini may play despite having a knock. Beating rivals Torino 3-0 was great and all but the three goals didnt come until after Glik got sent off and he is Torino's most important player alongside is defensive partner Ogbonna. Torino's defence is significantly weakened when those two dont play together and obviously it's never gonna help if you have 10 men against anybody let alone Juve away!

I'm thinking about playing the ML on both sides as a contrary play to the whole world being on the draw. Just small change, but I've seen some of these expected draw situations not work out for the betting world quite a few times when the price is suggesting a mortal lock. With Shakhtar already clinched who is to say they even give a shit at all. Definitely think looking at lineups is smart for this one. I see Juventus @ +313 & Shakhtar @ +259. Just something for shits & giggles ... and then they probably play out to a draw.

chelsea - juve 2-2 ,0-3 , juventus advances cuz has 1 Win 1 D head 2 head against chelsea ... if two teams are equal by points , then Head 2 head matches determine who advances , not goal differences
