Expect a certain amount of flopping in these matches, but since the Ronaldo PK it's borderline funny watching Barcelona hit the ground every time they get touched, begging for a call. Seen less crying at a chick flick. Love to see Jordi Alba get his ass knocked out for real, just so he'd know what a legitimate hit feels like. That act at the end of the half was hysterical. That said, been a pretty entertaining game, intensity level high. 1-1 second half will do the trick!Comment -
Wow, 2-0 Real Madrid...knew I shoulda gone for the ML! You're right though, Barca is literally flinging themselves every which way any time they're in the box.

Yep, I was this close to laying a little on the ml in addition to the spread, just never know with these two, draw wasn't out of the question and getting a goal @ +money seemed the smart way to go. I wanted three goals because I had over 2.5 in a parlay with Everton over 1.5. So winner winner! Helps cover for a couple of mistakes (Auxerre/Yeovil anyone?). Passed on those games then talked myself into it after reading others thoughts. With few exceptions I'm better off when I ignore those lower division games. Hockey tonight!!

It's not going to be a standard NLD and have a million goals like everyone thinks. And given recent form I think Arsenal has an advantage. And yes I'm aware we're red hot and look hungry, and they just look like a lost bunch of retards. And still, given recent form, Arsenal has the clear advantage. A preview...
The North London derby has been one of the more exciting fixtures in recent seasons. Arsenal and Tottenham are hated rivals, and their recent encounters have been memorable due to goals and drama.
Earlier this season, former Arsenal striker Emmanuel Adebayor scored for Spurs to take an early 1-0 lead in the first North London derby of the season. However, before 20 minutes were up, Adebayor had a red card to accompany his tally. A 1-0 Tottenham lead would eventually turn into a 5-2 walloping at the hands of the Gunners.
Even a man down, Gareth Bale managed to score for Spurs. The Welsh midfielder is currently in the best form of his life, and few could honestly claim anyone is playing near the level Bale has exhibited over the past month.
Bale has scored in five of his last six appearances, and Spurs are unbeaten during that stretch. His sizzling form produced six goals in his last four appearances across all competitions.
Arsenal has lost two of its last three matches across all competitions, and the famed cup drought seems to be inevitable for another season. The FA Cup is no longer a possibility, and a Champions League exit is imminent.
However, the Arsenal’s Premier League form is still holding up to standard. The Gunners are unbeaten in their last five league matches with four wins. The positive run of form has Arsenal in fifth place and only two points back of Chelsea for the final Champions League spot.
Tottenham is currently in third and four points ahead of its North London derby opponent. Everton, West Brom, Liverpool, and Swansea are a step below, as Arsenal, Chelsea, and Tottenham battle for two Champions League spots.
Unless Manchester City finds a way to free fall, one of those three London-based teams will feel the deepest heartache once the final rounds of the season are played out.
