    APOEL Monday Afternoon
No value, no lock, no info along those lines. I'm looking for some help. I put on a bit of a crazy parlay and am 6 for 7 on it. The win would be very very significant for my budget.

My final match is APOEL -700...I know that's a ridiculous amount of juice but it was my "sure thing" addition to the parlay for extra bucks...it was my most confident game from the entire weekend so i put it in there.

APOEL are at home against a newly promoted club (remember this is Cyprus). They are great at home, and undefeated this year in 3 home games (8 goals for, 1 against)...their opponents are 0-4 on the road (0 goals for, 12 against). For those that aren't familiar, APOEL would be the Man Utd of the Cypriot league, they are for the most part a powerhouse in Cyprus year after year.

I am very confident of the result however bigger surprises have happened.

Does anyone have any info about the match? key injuries? maybe someone local or someone that follows the league a bit more could chime in? Any info on this match would be great and help me decide whether to let it ride or hedge

You'd be very unlucky if they dont win! If I was you I'd watch the game and see how they are playing. If it's till 0-0 at half time consider hedging live-in-play (if you have that option)

Apoel has scored 19, allowed 2. Their opponent today has scored 2, allowed 17. It is soccer and anything could happen but you should be good using them to close out your parlay. Good luck.

Malmo was -600 to -700 in an earlier parlay and tied to one of the bottom teams in their league while playing at home and for the league lead. I have seen this happen to me in many parlays. I don't know what book you use but Agia Napa is +2 @ +164 at 5 dimes. If you can get a + .5 your plus odds will be much higher but hedge against an Apeol draw or loss. If you play the +2, your parlay is hedged and you could potential win both plays if Apoel only wins by 1 goal.

Good luck with whatever you do.

Thanks for the tips guys...I was especially weery after that Malmo debacle last week but decided not to hedge...was it smart long run? Who knows but it's worked out well today. Was 4-0 at half and nothing changed score wise with 10 minutes left.

I've been told that hedging a parlay is not smart in the long run. It's an odds and parlay payout discussion.

However, for me it boils down to guaranteed money versus potential money.
