    Chelsea vs Shakhtar Donetsk
Im a little shocked chelsea are a slight underdog coming in at +200 vs +147 shakhtar,

I would advise taking the pk +0.5 on chelsea at -120

i penetrating hate draws as much as the next person which penetrate the bet up and cost a loss,

    TAKING PK +0.5

I can see a win for chelsea and at worst a draw, they've been on fire in the premier league and i dont see it stopping anytime soon

You obviously don't know much about Shakhtar Donetsk. Shakhtar will probably thrash Chelsea at home, they are the better team in my opinion. Shakhtar is one of the best teams in the world right now, and they have depth to boot. Their back line occasionally gets a little shaky, and their goalkeeper has moments of pure dread occasionally, but as an attacking force, they are as dangerous as can be.

I have Shakhtar to win the group at +800, to advance at +180, and I have been buying them to win the whole thing at 150-1, and I will buy a little more of them to win the CL tonight at 100-1 before everyone starts to realize how good this team is.

No matter what happens, a Shakhtar Donetsk game is rarely dull. They love to attack, and they often have Rat and Srna come up from the back. They are a fast team with good ball handling skills, and they never play it safe. This does leave them exposed quite a bit, but from a fan standpoint, it's usually a fun game to watch.

I would suggest you buy some Shakthar at 100-1 to win the whole thing. Sure, it's a longshot, but at that price, you are getting a dangerous team that can play with anyone.

I'd be very surprised if Shakhtar doesn't win tomorrow. I actually think a 2 goal margin is very realistic.

I know exactly who shakhtar donetsk and yes they are a dangerous team but so are chelsea, you be shocked if they win tomorrow? lololol, please i dont think you know who chelsea are. i can easily see a 2-1 type game going chelsea way, there is a reason, suggest i buy shakthar at +10000? no thank you, why would i waste my money on a penetrating team like that? its suicide.

newly added guys like hazard and oscar are going to put a clobbering on that team, watch tomorrow.

      MY PREDICTION 2-0 / 2-1 CHELSEA.

if drogba was still around he'd clobber them even worse,

We can't even say penetrating now? Edit: I guess not.

I think Chelsea are very good in defence and they know how to handle teams like Shakhtar. If Shakhtar play risky, they will leak goals.

I love hearing the old "why would I waste my money" line. I heard that a lot in 2004 when I had Porto to win it all.

I've watched Oscar for years in the Brasilero, you probably never even seen him play until he went to the EPL. He was a decent player at Internacional, but he would be on the bench (at least at first) at Shakhtar behind Willian, Texiera, Fernandinho and Costa, and that's a fact. I know who Chelsea is, and I don't see them doing to well in the Don Bass arena tomorrow.

But soccer is a funny game, so I guess we'll just have to see how it plays out.

Son, you're a typical square and you obviously don't know much about world soccer. Some of the best players in Brazil go to Shakhtar. Why? Because the club has a ton of money, that's why. And Chelsea offered a lot of money for Willian, they wanted him bad for a reason. Willian,Fernandinho, Costa, Texiera, Adriano, Mikhytarian, all get offers from big clubs, but Shakhtar has enough money to keep them for a while.

Chelsea might not make it out of the group stage, and they might even fail in the Wold Championship vs.Corinthians in 2 months.

So you consider Ukraine and Russia 3rd world countries? Funny because without Abramovich's 3rd world money, Chelsea would still be a mid-table also ran that would never even make the Champions League before RA's money came in 2003.

can you get any more ignorant? Shaktar are a very solid side and one of the best sides in Europe that past few years. Pretty even game and can go either way.

they havent played anyone this year, just clobbering guys in thier league, pretty obvious why they are 12-0 in the league and the rest are 0.5 records. you'll see tomorrow 2-1 2-0 type of score by the end.

chelsea dont care about some bs world championship vs some scrub brazilian teams, PRIORITY IS EPL AND CHAMPIONS LEAGUE

Im not quite as confident in Shakhtar's abilities as you are but I have to agree that Shakhtar are the most under-rated team out there. Majority of English fans have no idea who likes of Fernandinho, Douglas, Teixiera, Willian, Rakitisky, Srna, and Mhitikryan are! All top level players. These Brazilians really raise their game and effort levels in the CL games as it's their chance to stand out and impress the big Western European clubs, unlike in the Ukrainian league where they sometimes go at 50% due to shittty conditions at some of the grounds and the less technical play from opponents. I personally think this will be a draw 1-1 or 2-2

They played no1 and gone 12-0 against a bunch of scrubs in there league.

Chelsea are undefeated in premier league which is considered the toughest league in the world.

I am thinking of adding "score not 0-0" for -1360 into a 19 team open end parlay.....I got 12 Wins so far with 7 to go......

You guys think this is almost a sure winner ?

Yeah, Norwich City, Wolverhampton, Stoke City (and lets not forget a draw with the might Queens Park Rangers). Real tough clubs they've beaten. Do you have any idea what Metalist Kharkiv and Dnipro would do to clubs like Norwich, QPR, Stoke and Wolves if they played them on a regular basis?

Where were you when FC Basel beat Manchester United to knock them out of the group stage in last years Champions League? That was a Swiss team beating top of the table in England.

You mean the same Juventus that drew with Chelsea at Stamford Bridge 2 weeks before? So let me see if I understand your point. Getting a draw with Juventus on the road was not competition, even though that same Juventus team went to Chelsea and drew with them.

I actually think a 2 goal margin is very realistic.
they are good, but they will not win the CL

Shakhtar are a good team, but lets not get carried away. Beating Chelsea by 2 goals today seems pretty unlikely. Chelsea will get a draw with late goal.
