Best Book for U19 Betting?

What book do you guys recommend for betting on the U19 games? From what I can see, neither pinnacle or 5Dimes have lines on these games.

Thanks for the recommendation. However, it is not on the SBR ratings list (http://www.sportsbookreview.com/sportsbooks/) so I am wary of using it. I think I will pass on marathonbet unless I am unable to find anything to find anything better.

Not sure exactly, but last night I went to bed probably 6 to 8 hours before the Poland-Malta match, and none of the games were up. But it was up as well as the other games when I woke up a half-hour before it started, so sometime within that timeframe.

from what i have read here at SBR ,they are reliable . I began using it myself before 3-4 weeks . They post the lines early , i saw them at least 1 day before .

Hmm... turns out Pinnacle has them as well, if you wait long enough.
