Moldova not as bad as before. They can park the bus and Ukraine's lineup not as good as previous years. Staying away from this one.

Yes this certainly isnt a lock and Moldova could play defensive game of their lives and scrape a draw. Without Shevchenko to rely on Ukraine need players like Yarmolenko and Konoplyianka to step up.

Also, the best player in the England game against Moldova was Oxlade-Chamberlain who caused no end of problems cutting inside from the left-wing - exact same style as Konoplyianka has so Ukraine should look to replicate that

I feel Ukraine football is overrated. Their players are made to look good because of the foreign players they are playing with.

This is true to certain extent. But getting a draw against England at Wembley proves they aren't a bunch of chumps! They certainly lack the attacking and creative threat that is needed to beat the better teams but they are still a solid unit. And I think Kacharidi and Rakitsky are two very solid centre-backs.

Konoplyanka apparently won't play due to slight injury so want to rest him before Montenegro game. I hope they aren't going to underestimate Moldova. Before the England game Blokhin banned his players from watching the Moldova England game because he said it was pointless due to how bad Moldova where!

Still haven't worked out why it was dissallowed?! It couldnt of been Cuadrado off-side cos the lino should of put his flag up as soon as Cuadrado touched it but he didnt. Then Cuadrado jumped and tapped the ball away from keeper, so maybe it was for high-foot?! But even then there was about 5 seconds after until he put his flag up!

Jumping on Montenegro +1 A.H. at -163 away at Ukraine. Ukraine showed in that Moldova game that they are going to struggle to score goals. They were very unlucky as on another day it would of been 3 or 4-0 with lots of open goals missed. BUt Montenegro are a lot stronger than Moldova, especially attacking wise with potentially lethal forward partnership of Vucinic and Jovetic. I think Montenegro can scrape a draw out of this. Hopefully Konopkyanka won't be fully recovered from his injury as they missed him big time against Moldova.
