And that should teach you the basic concepts needed.

I'm the dispute resolution guy so am still needed for now. But that area is not seeing any more positive action than the forum is so who knows what will happen. I did a course to get properly qualified in ADR and would be pretty disappointed if I don't get a chance to use it properly after waiting this long too.

I think when the new owners came they started banning posters left and right until people started leaving on their own and there was no reason to ban more posters. Not sure if this site has any revenue anymore. If money is not coming in then nothing new will be invested so it is easier to destroy what the site had to offer previously and call it a change!

Most effort over the last year has been implementing new backend systems primarily concerned with publishing and SEO for the news and picks sections.

I believe that area is performing quite well.

The forum software has still not been integrated into that new backend so changes are waiting for that to happen.

I think they are focussed on doing what they know works at Covers and other projects but eventually the forum will come into more focus.
