I just made the 7th week one play in the NFL Contrarian Fund.

tense up a muscle very hard for 5 seconds and then release. smile and watch the tension go away

can do it quick 30-60 seconds with the shoulders, arms, neck, hands, legs, buttocks, etc

feel the tension leave your buttocks

let the relaxation spread deeper and deeper

feel the sense of relief as the tension is replaced by relaxation

feel yourself becoming heavier and heavier

now scan your entire body allow your awareness to focus on each part and allow any remnants of tension to drain away

relax and soften

release and let go

I do this. It's also a part of bringing yourself down with self hypnosis. Read a book way back in early high school. Practiced it too, thought about becoming a hypnotist for entertainment but really wanted to tap into my inner potential. I always knew I had some, still haven't fulfilled the possibilities.

A screwed up neck has inhibiited thee things. Maybe time to get back into the self hypnosis.

Can't let this neck thing define me.
