I'm a TSLA trader. It's 2nd to only AMZN in the stock I've made the most off of. I mostly sell calls and puts on TSLA.

If Trump wins TWTR will lose it's DMCA safe harbor with out a doubt. You're a lawyer. That could bankrupt them and relatively quickly.

Interesting. I guess I should have thought about this more given that I am actually a TWTR shareholder back from the $20's.

Man the options on TWTR are expensive! To buy a Put/Call spread with a $50 strike is about $7 for 3 weeks. So the stock needs to go under $43 or over $57 to make money. I'll pass on that one.

TWTR is doing everything possible to help dems because they are done if republicans win. The law is not on their side. You don't get safe harbor is you pick a political side. Law suits fugging galore.

Notice TWTR just hit an all time high with the market down 400. That stock is directly tied to Biden and the Dems. It's more less like Dem state owned. I will buy it sometime today.

GLD is on a ventilator at this point down $38. GLD -$3 at $176.

I hate to do this but I'm putting a STOP sell on this guy at $175.50. Would be a shame to close this out 4 days before the election but DOWN $3 can turn into DOWN $9 and can't allow that.
