Personally ,, I would like to continue this businessman phase we are in. I knew Trump would be azz at it. But .....

Mark Cuban would be great. imo. That is if we are going to continue this out of box status quo experiment.

Without going into a great detail , it would require big boy pants to actually have a convo about. (disquailfies 80% of forum)

But many have forgot, we are in the 21st cent. There will not be manufacturing jobs, retail , fast food etc etc they all be competely automated. VERY VERY little human element involved. So we need some young visionaries in office ,,not these fing relics that we currently have.

I think that if we add up all the entitlement programs, Snap,EBT,Welfare,SSI , SSD and whatever else is out there and divide it up by the number of US CITIZENS , we as a country could probably give every person an universial income of like 2k per month.

Now I know ,,(enter stage bottom all the socialists haters.) The program will need major stipulations. Everyone qualifies at 18 years of age. You can lose your lifetime entitlement if convicted of a class a felony. (or some variant of crime) and you do not get any additional income for children. (ends procreation as a job)

^ Just those 2 can curve population control and lower crime. I said lower not eliminate it.

I have always said , those that can afford children ,tend to have the least amount of children. aAnd those that can not afford children tend to have the most. This will curve that problem.

Now this by no means ends Capitalism as we know it. All the commerce and higher end jobs will still be out there. And still be very competitive. But this Universial Income idea needs to be tested and at least considered if we are to evolve into the 21st cent.

And Mark Cuban and Elon Musk ,,2 very well respected businessmen , know this and believe that this is the ONLY way forward. And I agree.

Sure it will not be a perfect system and we need countless roundtables to work out all the details. But I think it is a great idea. NOt to mention it will be the first true battle towards ending poverty.

Now I could go on and on about all teh beneifts and how to handle the cons of said idea. But that is for another time.

I guess my main point here is,, we need someone in office that has vision, and getting the F away from these archaic ideas such as "trick-down" and "voodoo" etc etc. They all have been tired and proven not to have long term effectiveness. I do beleive that a combination of Socialism and Capitalism can co-exist and be rather effective.

Youll find it in older books by corroborated sources, not mainstream or whitewashed books, many are hard to find some works have been banned here, but you can still obtain them. Study T.E. Lawrence, Russell, and Philby, study political intrique, look at things from oligarchist perspectives to understand why they do what they do, understand that most of what you see isnt spontaneous.
