Let me tell you. Years and years ago I worked for a State Rep and there was a second mile event in the district and Sandusky was coming in for it. The rep told me to go in his place. I asked why he didn’t want to go. He said “ that second mile thing is a front for Sandusky....he’s up to no good with those kids”. This was well before anything came out. He didn’t want to get a picture anywhere near Jerry. In later years I asked him how he knew....he says “everybody knew”. So of course Paterno knew and he was judge and jury at PSU and did nothing. Plus he treated faculty like shit and was terrible to a lot of the kids there. He was not a good man. Never was.
