Autodonk whether serious or not has requested his points back. It was obviously an accidental raise so do you guys think I should give it back? I have received generosity from others on here and given to others in return. I was no guarantee to win and what would have happened if I lost? This type of misclick stuff has happened to me and I'm sure the rest of you before also. Not really sure what to do. Maybe if he would have said in chat what happened and folded to the rest of the bet pre flop it would be clearer.

i might add that it wasn't the typical "oh shit I hit the wrong button" raise; I was adding in my rollover and due to the position on the table the "add chips" button apparently was right over the f'n raise button of all things, and clicked "through" or both the add chips button and the raise button.....

i've misclicked hundreds of times and that's on me, but this shit was when I was addin my rollover on the first hand of the session for me, I'd added 150 and was adding the other 150 when the error occurred.....

sent a polite message to dlo at the time asking for a rebate of it since obviously the software fukked me and some how made the raise even tho I was adding chips from the rollover acct page..... (and clearly not threebetting preflop with k3 off)

don't give two shits about the points, just seeing how dlo would react, and whether mr. money stacks would politely refund the obvious mistake (akin to spilling your stack of chips when you set them down at a table for a live session into a live hand -- not a raise), or not....

No, I didn't say this type of situation. I have never been refunded my points because of a misclick type issue that i remember.

Once again, I am not disputing whether you meant to or not, I know you didn't. I have been on the wrong end of misclicks and software glitches plenty, and what would have happened if you flopped the SBR patented underdog 2 pair? I would probably refund about half of what he lost. As you said if SBR had reared its ugly head and bad beated you, you'd have accepted it and moved on, annoying as it might have been. That said, he clearly donated a lot of EV to you by unintentionally putting all his chips in with K3 vs your AA.

So he lost out by unintentionally donating you a lot of EV with his misclick but if you were to refund him entirely you would clearly lose a ton of EV in the alternate scenario that he had happened to suck out on you. So fairest thing to me would be to refund him part way.

That said, SBR is a small knit community, I probably in this situation would throw him a bone just for karma's sake. Given the choice between refunding entirely or not at all, I would not refund at all. Why? Because it's simply unfair to "me" as I basically then forfeited all the EV from the chance of losing the hand. And I would not do anything which is unfair to me as I did nothing wrong in this situation so it's not fair for me to be punished in any manner. While I do feel for Donk, no one but himself misclicked. A pitcher could accidentally balk in the winning run in Game 7 of the World Series - oops but too bad for them.
