neteller had the INSTACASH option..i had a 10 dime limit which i used all the time. On the last go around, i happened to owe them 10 dimes when they shut the doors...so they never got paid.

As for Prosper, they were getting paid montly by me as agreed, but when i hit a bad patch and had to get a bailout...they were "left out", said fuk em.
