Strange. I'm getting the "Sorry, there has been an error" page. (tried in both IE and Firefox)
They were also down for about an hour yesterday about this time yesterday, with no error page, but a DNS.

BBD .. I tried maybe about 6pm, 7pm and 8pm GMT ... it doesnt raise my eyebrows anymore. They have issues.
Inceidently, Ive been on the phone to them about a missing deposit (must have been 15 phone calls plus maybe 5 to my bank) and I am very impressed (again) by their CS's ability to listen to your grievances and try and help.
On Tuesday I potentially had £1,100 taken from my bank account but "stuck" with their merchant bank and so neither in my bet365 account but taken from my bank account. My bank said would take 7 - 10 days to return it.
Dont know how it will end (their phoning me tomorrow) but either they have cocked up or Halifax Bank have. Speaking to my bank they had been "innudainted" by "English people" phoning them asking where their money has gone.
Bet365 are aware of the problem now but what a carry on. They have agreed to fax me stuff which shows it was the banks fault not theirs (well, their representations from their merchant bank) but my bank are "100% adament" thats its their fault.
But, my bank is still depleted as i write. We'll see.Comment
