Fixing Firefox - Adobe Crashes

Does anyone know how to fix the Firefox problem of the Adobe Flash player crashing, mine is crashing every hour... and during JJ's supermarket video.

I saw a post for this, but how do you fix this?

Chrome hasn't been crashing at all for me. I switched to it about a month ago after all the Firefox crashing

heck i use chrome here 95% now for yrs, heck he will not even let me play bj with the chrome browser and i have tried everything,,,,,,no problem on any other sites with chrome..

Chrome is good...

M$ newest browser EDGE is Chrome based... not too bad

Just need to click a few buttons in 'Settings' to make it better and safer

everytime i try chrome i get this and everything is updated too.................
