Hey guys. I wanted to update you all I my situation with Millenium.
I’ll start with EOG and The Shrink. I want to thank The Shrink for his offer to defray some of the loss I sustained from what BOS/Millenium did to me – an offer that he delivered on this afternoon. I appreciate that and it shows me that you sincerely care about your guys to a certain extent.
But, I think it is important to acknowledge that had The Shrink no taken care of me, I would have lost even more money to blatant theft. Now that I got paid out, I have less of a reason to mislead anyone – so I want everyone to know that I am a regular guy, regular player, not part of any “syndicates” or steam things. Point of course being, this still could happen to anyone and it is impossible right now for me to trust Millenium. They have only followed up what they did with excuses that were entirely not true and explanations that almost everyone saw through. I am really surprised at what they have done, and hope that no one else has to go through a situation like mine (although I fear that some will, if they continue to play there).
I owe appreciation to Bill Dozer from SBR and SBR John for going to bat for the player and for staying true to what is right and never caving to anything. I am most surprised at Willheim from the RX, who totally caved, even though he made me believe that he would go to bat for me, and I don’t respect him or his promises at all. And EOG – I understand the “bind” they were in, even though I think they should have reacted more harshly to Millenium. While I like to think that people can always do the absolute right thing, I don’t like judging these types of business decisions too harshly – I think that at a minimum EOG readers can rest assured that their forum leaders care about them, which is a good thing, albeit I disagree with continuing to do business with Millenium.
On the BOS front, I have reluctantly completed my BetonSports roll (at $1,000 per wager) and I will update you guys (and The Shrink) - as promised - as soon as I am paid, which I expect to be the next day or two.
