Here's his current Monthly MLB record and profit since April.

The 2 Tiered System is 76-15........+ 81% ROI

It's funny to me that the ones that criticize this system has no records to back up their claims of how bad it is.

you guys do it for 3 to 6 months and tell us how it works out... then the first loss all of sudden it shouldnt have been a play or after 2 tier losses you are told dont play the third cause its risky... but you win the next series and you find out you should be back to even now..

If New Orleans wins by 10 or less you will win Both bets.

If New Orleans wins by 11 or more then you win New Orleans, but lose Kansas City. So next week you will need to bet Kansas City again as a Tier 2 play. You will need to bet enough to win $100 profit on the set and recover the loses from Tier 1. ($140 + $100 = $240.

If Kansas City wins, you will win the Kansas City bet, but will lose a big New Otleans bet, do next week you will bet New Orleans again as a Tier 2 play. You will need to bet enough to win $100 profit on the set and recover the loses from Tier 1. ($400 to $450 + $100 = $500 to $550)

Hope this clears it up some. Good Luck.

So let me get this straight, New Orleans and KC were system plays who happened to play in the same game. KC won so you won $140 right, but New Orleans just lost you ($450). So now next week New Orleans is a play presumably at a fair price since they are big underdogs against Green Bay. Buying up to 11 points today will cost -175. But in order to recoup my $450 that I lost +$100 Profit I must now bet $963 @-175 to win $550. Really Guys?? No one else other than bettowin23 can see that this is 3rd game math is off somewhere! If New Orleans loses by 12 your now out over $1400 but at least you won $140 on KC....Jack asses

A Tier 2 loss and you just lost your entire bankroll, John Morrison, Tony Cross its all the same when you play with monopoly money. Lets just say for arguments sake that New Orleans does cover, 11 points in the NFL is alot, you just put $963 up to win $100.....On what planet is that smart investing....Keep that $5 betting going boys, many have been burned and many more will.

                        NBA?

Just got the invite for the monthly NBA picks. NOt sure about the idea of paying $20/week for a system he doesnt provide nor discuss the results. I am having extreme success in football though. Anyone have insight as to the NBA system? Done it before? etc? How does the monthly picks work exactly? Why does he call it monthly picks?

                        Thanks guys

The Monthly Picks are a separate group of plays than his MLB 101, and NFL 101/202 plays that he releases.

That's for NFL 101/202 and CFL 101, Not monthly. Of course the CFL games were included for free in the monthly and we're 4-0 in NFL on Monthly.

Systems are scams. You will eventually lose most of your money betting any system. I seen some good fellas go down a road of systems and been burned over the long haul. I seen every system out there and not one works over the long run. ACEACE was free and his system went like 400-1 but at least after 2 or 3 years you came up with a little profit at the end. Bet both sides of the baseball game system was a classic. You bet -1.5 +160 and underdog money line +140 and make money and that was doing good and then all of a sudden it catches up to you. If you cant win betting straight up then get out.

For a guy that just created an account yesterday you are very knowledable. I've been using his system since Febuary 2010 so until someone can prove how bad it is supposed to be, I believe I'll just keep playing it.

Unfortunately Tony Cross is doing things that is not legit. He is fudging his record, fudging his plays and has been double charging me and will not return my countless emails. Below are things that have occurred the last few weeks.

                                                  1) Tony sent an email out on 3/10 stating the play that day was set 181, a tier 3 with Vancouver. We had another open set, Set# 184 where we lost on tier 1 with the Devils against Carolina. The email did not say there was a play that day with this set even though Devils were playing Winnipeg. I sent several emails throughout the day asking about set#184 just to make sure; sometime we bet against a team so we could've easily been betting against Carolina here for 3 tiers. Tony did not respond to my emails. See his email below and my emails.

Is there tier 2 today with Devils over Winnipeg? If so what %?

                                                  MY EMAIL #2:
Is NJ vs Winnipeg a play today?

Now look at Tony's email the next day on 3/11. He says Devils was a play . He never responded to my emails on 3/10 asking about this set.

TONY's 3/11 Email. Notice how he changed the set# 184 after the fact. On 3/10 the email did not say Devils was a play and email did not say what it says below. Again, I sent two emails asking about this set and he did not respond. However on 3/11 his email says something completely different than email on 3/10. Problem is game was on 3/10. In a subsequent email Tony said he sent out a later email on 3/10 and doesn't know why "some people didn't get it". There was not a later email. He has used this excuse in the past and it doesn't explain why he did not email me back. I invite Tony to post screenshot of his email's sent folder to show us emails that he sent on 3/10.

Tough.....tough Loss with Vancouver as we are trying to navigate thru a NHL Season that we have not seen in many years.

A shortened Season with a lot of teams not playing each other that is changing the dynamics of a System that was without a loss in 4 Years....

We have looked at all the scenarios and still feel that the NHL System will do well in this environment and we did like the Vancouver set....thats said....

                                                    2) Tony is starting to post phantom lines on NBA. On 3/14 at 1pm Tony sent email stating NBA set #187 was NY +9 over Portland and we were buying 2.5 points. Problem is this would mean the line was +6.5. At that time no online book at anytime prior to the email or at time of email had NY +6.5. That means it was impossible to buy 2.5 points and get the line to +9. I sent Tony email displaying all the online book's spreads on vegasinsider to show no book at that time or at anytime prior had the line at +6.5. He did not respond to my email. It looks like he was fudging the line to take a lesser loss if NY did not cover and to create an edge in his favor. To buy 3 points and get +9 cost -200 and almost all books don't let you buy that many points.

It looks like a lot of people complained because the next day, the email was more vague on a new set. Email said:
                                                    NBA Set#186....Tonight
Chicago +8 over GSW buying points

                                                    Profit = 2%

Notice how he didn't say how many points to buy. It was another situation where 3 points had to be bought and the line was -200 on 5dimes. If we lost Im assuming Tony would say he only had to buy 2 points so his "loss" would've been a lot less than everyone else. By not stating how many points he was buying makes it impossible to make sure he is accurately reporting losses. In the spirit of transparency Tony should post not only how many points he's buying but what his odds are. Reporting losses is the next issue

                                                      3) Tony does not want to update his record during a downswing. He has not updated his record the last month. During this time there have been a few losses and the Devils set coverup. Not updating his record is foolish because anyone who gets the plays knows what the losses are over that period. It appears he is trying to book a bunch of wins prior to updating his record so he doesn't have to post an ROI thats been hit by a downswing. This is silly, downswings happen and it shouldn't be a big deal. I have sent numerous emails asking when he's going to update record and he has not emailed me back. The next post may be the most egregious act by Tony

Sometimes there is a set that goes deep and he bets to win back only a % of losses. So if team he bets on wins, he could've still lost, say, 10% on the set. However he counts this set as a win in the W-L column. This is crap imo. Obviously he is trying to inflate the W-L % for his sets. This record is meaningless

These picks were optional but Tony was betting them. It did not go well. Each bet was 1% and I think when season ended Win the Day was down 20-30%. When the losses started adding up Tony stopped updating Win the Day record. There was an email about a month left in the season that said they were working on Win the Day update and would send email. The email never came and I sent numerous emails asking them to send final Win the Day email with record and ROI updated. Tony never responded to these emails or updated his record. Losing 20-30% isn't that big of a deal and Tony should be counting this loss in his personal ROI for the year. He is not. He refused to update his record and show the final record ROI for Win the Day.

If Win the Day had produced a profit, do you think the record would've been updated?

The line tony posted is in context of carmelo not starting but the play is contigent upon carmelo starting. So the second it is announced Carmelo starts, the books would take game off the board and move the line significantly making it impossible to get +13. Another situation where tony creates a situation where there is a edge because the play is based on an unattainable line

Sometimes Tony doesn't count this loss even though everyone lost money on the set. Sometimes he will label the set as "open". The problem is at the end of the season, he still doesn't count this loss or factor it into his winnings. This is crap, there can't be an "open" set at end of the season. Obviously he is hoping at the end of season people don't remember the loss and don't challenge him to factor the loss into his numbers.

It looks like NY set above will qualify for this scam. We bet NY on tier 1 but didn't bet NY on tier 2 since carmelo was out. Since NY covered the sets over. Today Tony's email said the set was OPEN. But we are down 6%. Will he factor this loss into his record? I doubt it but I hope Im wrong.
