have been playing at royal sports for 5 years. they were always a little slow to pay but always got my money. i hit them big a year ago. i was up $30000. it took them 7 months to pay me off. i had to constantly call and 1 promise after another was broke. i never got a bonus during that time they were paying me. they started a loyalty program during that time. i always played there and accumilated over 200000 points(thats risking $200000 during that time) which would have been worth over $500. when i called to redeem them i was told i had no loyalty points. i had them right up to the time i asked for my exchange for money. should have learn my lesson the first time they did not pay in a timly manner. once richard jones left the site went right downhill. good luck if you play there.

#3Its that time of year where these lower rated books are spending cash for football and sucking at air against the baseball gamblers.
Too bad if this is a legit complaint against Royal.Comment -

#7I have to confess that I fell for their 404$ NBA finals bonus. I never would have done that, should their not have been rating upgrades SBR. I am going to try to make a withdrawal of 1000 - 3000 € tomorrow depending on my plays tonight. I will be a good test case for you, should something go wrong
I have to say that playing there has been a positive surprise. Their software ain't too bad and cs clerks have been nice. Tennis lines especially are more than plain vanilla. I don't know if they are just slow with them since I don't really follow the moves but the dogs have often juicy odds. All thjis does not matter much, if they do not pay of course :PComment -

#9"it took them 7 months to pay me off." For BetRoyal to pay you within 7 months is pretty good. Certainly deserves consideration for another upgrade don't you think?Comment -

#11Isetcap, I would never ever have money I cannot lose in any book, let alone Royal. For some weird reason I wanted to give them a try as well. Maybe it is the same thing that drives people to launch fireworks from their asses, dunno (I never did THAT anyways)
However the clerk said withdrawals can only be made mon - fri so I couldn't yet make one. I'll keep you updated.Comment -

#13I did some more research and actually red Royals withdrawal Rules. All you rookie bettors there - look and learn, this is how you should do. Read the rules AFTER you have deposited. Way to go BadAzz. I always new I might not be the brightest crayon in the box, but now I am starting to wonder whether I am even playing with a full deck of cards. I guess I need to get burned once or possibly move into the fireworks stuff. Luckily there is always the flashing red "1800-Dozer-for-help" button on my mobile.
Their rules actually state that withdrawals can only be made mon - fri. They also state that I can withdraw only the amount I deposited to neteller. That would be 316 €. The rest has to be withdrawn with some other method. They have Moneybookers as a method as well, but there is nothing said in the rules about that. In case I need to go with **, could someone please give me a short description how does that work. I've never used them.Comment -

Don't worry BA, they won't send you your money by any of the methods you request anyway. They simply pick the cheapest method for them and send it off whenever they feel they're ready.Comment -

#15FWIW, I have only ever deposited to Royal by Neteller - and I have had quite a few withdrawals - and they have all come by Neteller. No one has ever tried to suggest another money transfer method.
However to answer your question about **, you would just speak to their (Royal's) customer service. At some point they would have a ** control number for you, you would go to your nearest ** outlet, give them that number and show them some ID, and get your funds (less fees and horrible currency conversion rate if applicable.)Comment -

#19Funny..customer complaints..speak to the people who happen to work there..They pay..they confiscate everything when you get to work..cell phones included..no internet..sit at your desk..and if its slow..look out the window..watch out for those guys or gals with clipboards and whistles who are reporting on your every move..come on..like I said they pay well..I would to if I had player $$$ to throw around to everyone but the player..Comment -

#20I know, there are some terrible stories from royal employees. One was even shot at with the bullet barely missing his head according to legend.
But they are a sportsbook with a lot of public players and we are trying our best to work with them to have a level playing field.Comment -

#22I am new to this forum but I wanted to leave my 2 cents about Royal Sports. I have played there for more than two years and have ALWAYS received my payouts (granted sometimes slowly) They do try to stall but the bottom line is I have always gotten all my money via neteller. They offer good bonuses with reasonable rollovers. Their staff usually respond to my emails quite quickly.
I am currently involved with NoJuice and Bet4Aces which makes Royal look like Pinnacle.Comment -

#25Royal has potential. Even with all that has happened. We like the feedback we have received from the new management. But fair practices must be applied 24/7/365. And that obviuosly has not completely sunk in. Its been much better and our royal complaints are certainly down. Now the challenge is to convince them to improve and avoid any possibility of complaints.Comment -

#28Thanks for the feedback. I've played with BetRoyal about 6 months ago when they were rated D+ and was slowed paid, so I stayed away. Now with their recent upgrade to C- and positive feedback, I will redeposit and let you guys know if I run into any slow pay situations.Comment
