I just called Canbet customer service and they tell me its a technical issue, and it should be back up in about a hour.

Check now, it just loaded for me when I went there. Seems its back up now.

If you click on the "SBR RATING GUIDE" tab towards the top of the screen, you get a list of all the rated books. If you click on the name of the book, you can get information on that book including phone numbers.
