betting when you don't see a good play
how many people will force themselves to find an advantage on a game when they should really just back off because the signs are not as definitive?

i get the itch and sometimes do just to get action but usually at smaller units but usually if it takes me too long to cap then i know it's time to back off

The School of Hard Knocks taught me not to force the action. But when I was an every day player I ALWAYS found something to bet on. Then again, my bookie always had a new caddilac.

i learned my lesson along time ago as well John.

I know it's tough when you want action on everything, but people have to learn not to bet the board just because it's on TV or something along those lines.

if you feel you have to bet something that falls in that catagory, then bet it very small.

IMO there is no word more important to success at this game than discipline.
