yeah there aren't many people that are going to have the minimum $10 on the pass line and then $1000 behind with full odds to minimize house edge.

O'Sheas in Vegas has 100x odds I think, or maybe Casino Royale, I forget. Do 100x max odds each roll, you will have some helluva swings, but in the long run, lose very little. Don't think they rate you comp wise on the Odds though

BTW representing taking odds as "reducing" the edge is kindof disingenuous... For example a $5 bettor not taking odds is going to have the exact same expected loss as someone betting the same amount the on the pass line backing it up with full odds... Kindof like saying the edge of on a $5 bet on black in roulette is minuscule if the guy sitting next to you is willing to side bet you for 500 dollars and ignore the zeros...

In reality the only thing taking odds does is send your variance through the roof...

Its not depressing to me to win money. Always try to find a quiet sad looking table and load up on the DP and DC lines.

Not even the worst blackjack rules in Vegas are worse than Roulette when it comes to house edge

If you play Roulette you are throwing your money away unless you don't care about winning/losing and just want to play for fun
