SBR Bill Dozer to meet with Sportingbet Directors in July
SBR approaches the conference with the expectation of resolving all pending complaints against the family of betting sites. Management has indicated that the company is open to policy changes and will amend rules in an effort to eliminate the potential for future complaints. The book attributes the recent issues to its growth, and states that it aims be more ’player-friendly’ and allow stated rules to decide player disputes.

Would be nice for them to bring in qualified managers. If they are going to provide the poor quality of clerks and CS people they have now, then they need a good second line to resolve the issues that naturally come up with a book this big.

lakerfan hopefully we can make more progress than just being able to resolve issues.

An example might be SportsInteraction which had very poor service. We need to convince them to look at their customer service from top to bottom and make changes. We need to convince them this will lead to more profitability. Keep in mind BOS, SIA and Sportsbook.com grew up in the days when they all got away with mauling and abusing players. Sportsbooks were new and everyone wanted to play. BOS and SIA are trying to adjust to the market and hopefully Sportsbook.com will too.

This sports book and all of their umbrella ones have lots of upside potential...

Rather than bringing a gun, perhaps lighting a match under their asses would bring about positive change...

Kudos to SBR for this meeting...
