Yeah I agree. It is always fun to fill one out, and see how well you did, and shit if you win then you probably win big! The money is really in betting the individual games. I kinda just glanced at the brackets picked n chose within 10 minutes. If you look too much into you'll lose your mind!

Truth be told I wasn't going to do any, but there was one in work circulating for 20 bucks a pop, so just for chits and giggles I did one office bracket pool, spent probably entirely 7 minutes on it.

I Always do and enter bracket contests. I haven't picked the champion correctly since 2003. Gambling on the games gives more joy and a better chance of winning money. Anybody can win a bracket contest. The money is in the individual games.

i dont bet parlay cards either.. but every year when i am in vegas / reno for superbowl.. i play a 10$ parlay card... why? because its fun and easy... is it sharp.. no... but who the hell is grinding out parlay cards?

so why is it a waste of time to do something you enjoy ? or something that makes you social? Brackets is a social way of gambling with friends that NEVER gamble.. nothing wrong with it..
