I just signed up for this thing. Not necessarily because I wanted to, but more so to become an SPR Pro.

Anyway, does anyone use this?

I'm trying to figure out what it does exactly. I see it provides lines from just about every book, and let's you know how many wagers are being placed on games, but...umm...anything else I should know about it? Any cool features I'm missing?

It use to be great about 5 years ago. The consistency isn't what it use to be. It kind of fu#$s with your own systems if you use it religiously. I'm never going to use it again. It's basically designed for "SQUARE" plays or "FADES" but fading isn't as hot as it use to be.

Had the all-pro combo since November. Was fun for awhile but once I learned some ins and outs of capping through the board it became useless and I haven't used it since. Wound up canceling it this month.

Use SBR Odds, free and does the same thing.

It's a very good line service. The biggest advantage Don Best has over it is real-time odds of the Cris family. The rest of SportOptions' line feeds are comparable. It's worth the fee just for having a good second-half lines feed.

SO is the best value by far and is right there with DB...

SI is horrible and I wouldn't pay 10 dollars for it.

Lines are slow and the whole set up is hard on the eyes. Sorry I don't have a horse in the race but sports insights sux ! I had a 7 day free trial and was so unimpressed stopped using it after 2 days.

We gather betting data from Betus, 5Dimes, Carib, Sportsbook.com, CRIS, SIA, WagerWeb. You can see betting activity at each book or an average between all 7 books. We track betting data on the spread, moneyline, o/u, and parlays.

Had the service years ago. Was amazed with how many lines for big games in college hoops became N/A close to tip off only to find out well after the game started about some major line move. Way too convenient for those on the opposite side of the counter. I think they have too many masters to answer to, to supply the paying public the fastest and most consistent line moves.

Cris have a 5 minute delay on their XML. Why do they adjust this for a line service (Don Best)?
