Can we recommend a grade change in the sportsbook list?
One of the books I use is BetOnSports (BOS), but I stay away from this site when it comes to any MLB and i'll tell you why. If you compare MLB odds on BOS compared to any other sportsbook (literally, any-other-book), you will see that BOS has about 25cents (usually 25-40 cents) of extra chalk on the favorite. I mean I have heard this creates more value if you like betting dogs, but they make it impossible to make any sort of bet on a favorite with that kind of juicing. I don't see why a sportsbook that juices up every single MLB line should be rated a C+ and also wonder if this site maybe questioned them about it if they would make some adjustments?

i noticed that myself about BOS. i highly doubt that everyone of there clients are getting the same lines though.

as far as the rating goes. well, i have nothing to do with the rating system here at SBR.

Absolutely. Feedback and an opinion is encouraged.

It looks like BOS dimeline breaks to 15 cents at around 125 and 20 cents soon after. They aren't a good choice for baseball bettors. But, if they did have meaty dog lines, the best thing might be to take some of the money out of the BOS account in favor of some other options. Then, when you do like the dog, you won't regret going elsewhere.

BOS has made a lot of good progress in the past year. I think they have had 3 straight upgrades. The ratings are not affected by the amount of juice they charge and it could in a strange way actually help their rating because they are making more money. Hence, they make more money therefore they are more secure. But for the players, find a better book for baseball.

BOS would be in my top 5 baseball book list.

Just to clear this up BOS does not have juicy lines. At first when you sign up they offer good lines. But in my opinion they put those lines there to see if you will bet them and if you do you will be put to sharp lines, I made one bet of $300 and I was put to sharp lines. So all this is a trap in order in to get you to send them money.

I'm guessing you are playing totals or RLs?

Those lines won't last if you play the dogs, you can scalp them for 20 cents or more, for maybe a day.
