doing some REO work for the B of A. places go under, then they get "secured". crackheads kick "secured" door in and set up shop. help themselves to the copper pipes and with the mild winter they crash there til someone like me comes along to estimate/fix/tarp the roof. had a nutty nizzle go running by the window when i was climbing the 2nd ladder onto the roof a few weeks back. busted out the nine for the "sweep" and felt like it was a bb gun. forty five now becomes the "truck gun"
nothing like room to room, closet to closet to make the ticker go pitter pat......
