It depends on the rate of betor´s sharpness (+). As it was written in Pinnacle Pulse few months ago. And of course it depends on another factors (sum of bets on both sides (-), maxbet (-), etc..)

I may be wrong, but i have the impression that the sharpness is a factor much more on opening numbers and early lines and after the lines have been stabilized, it's pretty much action balancing on both sides.

Indeed. That is why I wrote the shift as a function f=(sharpness (+), sum of bets on both sides (-), maxbet (-)). From this it can be simply derived your conclusion. Because early numbers means both sum of bets on both sides and maxbet are on low level, and therefore they affect the shift relatively less. And vice versa.
