Haha books these days are gettn a lil crazy with their requirements.. You must send piece of paper with thumbprint to verify identity, also step in wet cement to verify shoe size/shape as well as bank statement with clear print.

our family athletic events are very competitive. my cousin Luigi was named MVP of the wiffleball game b/w his starbucks store and the neighboring town's starbucks store. we are so proud of him!!
