so let me get this straight.... a restaurateur who owns several million dollar restaurants spends all day and night posting and entering all his measly bets in to a spreadsheet, even has time to delete and edit 14 pages worth of picks, while also working 60 hours a week at his restaurants. yet he can't prove a single thing he says when a simple pic is sufficient but wants everyone to believe him 100% unconditionally. either he's delusional or everyone else is.

Many people after building successful businesses relax. Especially in the case of restaurants where the amount of work is not that much. Just maintaining restaurants doesn't take lot of time and effort. Its not like a regular company where you have to work 120 hours a week.
