    Ever sent an Email to Legendz?
    I have been trying to contact Legendz for 2 days
    by email. This is the email I have been using

    customer_service@legendzsports.com

    Isn't this the right email address??? 2 emails and 2 days
    later still no reply???

    Spooky!!!

    I just sent Legendz an email 15 minutes ago!

    I've had good luck with Legendz in the past, with quick accurate responses from them via email. I'll keep y'all posted on how my latest email experience goes.

    P.S. I've been using the same address that imgv94 quoted in his post above.

      That is the correct email Img. Not sure why it is taking that long to reply to you.

          Well you havent got it in 2 days, so I didnt figure you would get a reply. Plus I wanted to compare the reply times.

              I think being slow to answer emails is an underrated service by most bookies (and especially UK/European ones who work to a snail mail kind of timescale).

              That said, I remember Pinnacle being a) very slooow to reply and b) their reply was useless, as if they had barely glanced at the question.

              I think SBR should perform a road test. two emails from different addresses asking a straightforward question (eg do you accept moneybookers) and a more testing one (eg will you be running props during the soccer world Cup).

              All books B and above should be contacted and a league table drawn up.

              It would not be definitive as its a one-off but it would be interesting.

                They do it to me all the time. Like it is an automated
                bulk message that they send to everyone. And half
                the time it has very little to do with what I was asking.

                  Sounds like SBR needs to run a battery of email tests to the various sportsbooks again. I thought we were going to have a monthly update on the SBR email tests. What's going on guys? The email test is a good tool, lets knock the rust off and use it!

                        They only seem to answer emails sent through their webform. I think they have a filter on the subject "CONTACT US".. I receive replies in <1hr if I do that, never if I don't.. You can obviously set the subject manually in your mail app

                          If you want a fast response to an email, then send one to BetonStars saying you want to make a large deposit and need some advice the best method to use.

                            lol. For any book. Just put the title of the email as "Large Deposit Question" ... can't guarrantee a response but it WILL get read very quick.

                            If you are cunning you can disguise your question ... such as "Hi. I was thinking of making a large cash deposit. Do you accept netbookers or western union? Also could you tell me ....."

                                I just sent another email using Santo's suggestion, asking the same question as my previous email noted above. Yes, it's been 3 hours and no response from Legendz yet on that email.

                                            Im off baseball for a while now. Im still stuck at Sleepy HollowsSportsbook (i.e. Hollywood ... "whatever the game, we won't have a price for it") and need some action but its a big soccer weekend here.

                                            FWIW ... I checked bet365 for the UK times for the Cubs game and its OffTheBoard!The only game they have OTB .. strange.

                                                9 hours, no response from either email. I'd always had a response within the hour with my previous emails, although previously I had sent my email during regular business hours, rather than midnight EST. Any chance I don't get a response until Monday morning? arg!!! SBR staff, does Legendz answer emails during the weekends?

                                                  they should let the cleaners answer emails ... they are probably more clued up than their CS and speak better English anyway.

                                                  You might have to escalate the email heading to "Large Deposit to Bet on Long-Term Futures Question".

                                                      I just got my response. To Legendz credit, I did send my email during off hours. In the future, I think I'll try to keep my emails during regular business hours if I expect I quick (within the hour) response. Also, the email answered my question directly and accurately. Thanks, Legendz.
