    SBGglobal - cattles!
    Hello Dan!
Call please for me in SBGglobal by phone: 011-506-440-9033 International number I cannot call, as I do not know colloquial English. Today communicated With them on
Live Chat – me have told: call and ask for the manager of Customer Service (1-800-649-1948; 1-866-250-3893; 1-800-336-9126; 011-506-440-9033 International number)
    Thank you

    My Live Chat
Please wait for a site operator to respond.
You are now chatting with 'Adriana V.'
Adriana V.: Welcome to our online Customer Service, may I have your account number and password?
    you: Hello
    you: ..........
you: My account 703280. You have illegally frozen my account!!! Give me my money!!! Or you want, that I continued to spoil to you reputation – as unreliable and false office?
Adriana V.: yesterday we informed you that your account was going to be deactivated until further notice
Adriana V.: you were also sent an e-mail explaining the situation
you: To me already distances on him(it) consultation
you: That letter SBG sent is messed up. After a very extensive review through your account, and many more from Russia, it has been determined that several accounts have opened won and withdrawn money only to open another account and take advantage of promotion bonuses by SBG Global . At this time funds will be frozen indefinitely and account will remain deactivated until further notice. We also have noticed that since you account has been on hold and funds frozen, not a single new account from Russia has opened up. Whereas, in the last 6 months an account from Russia was opened every 10-15 days. It would remain active for 2-4 weeks and then the money was taken out. Shortly thereafter a new one was opened. WTF? That is some pretty weak-ass stuff. If all the accounts were the same IP address, that would be compelling - but they aren't saying that, are they? They're saying they're confiscating funds because of a loose pattern of accounts in the same country (which happens to be the biggest country in the world FWIW.) Sometimes I do not envy our man Dozer having to wade into these things
    you: http://forum.sportsbookreview.com/showthread.php?t=9611
you: Yours the letter – full nonsense
Adriana V.: when you open your account you were refered by mr. Kurtukov correct ?
    you: yes
Adriana V.: who was refered by another russian person who was refered by another russian person who was refered by another russian person, etc all of them sent the same amount of money to open their accounts $2500
Adriana V.: all of them received the buddy referral bonus
Adriana V.: for their friends and all of them received a bonus to start their accounts
Adriana V.: all of them were friends , this is not a loose pattern as you are saying
Adriana V.: they started investigating your account for some reason and they found out this pattern and decided to take this desition you were informed
you: At us city about 1500000 person
you: And everyone can attribute(relate) the friend
you: It not an occasion to not pay my prize!!!
Adriana V.: it doesn't say in your account if the Casino Department found any other issues that were causing other problems but they probably have a file about that because it also says in your e-mail that they were going to inform THE OSGA ( Offshore Sportsgambling Association)
    you: You lose the image
Adriana V.: so for the moment there is nothing else we can help you with the decision was taken
you: I wrote in OSGA they to me answer of nothing, as SBG at them on the first place as "reliable"... I wrote in SBR they have told that OSGA at the same time with SBG and they for the sake of money advance enough frequently unreliable offices.
    you: You read http://forum.sportsbookreview.com?
Adriana V.: I am very sorry for all this situation but the decision was taken if you want you are free to call us and talk to a manager whenever you want to
you: To you wrote from SBR?
Adriana V.: ? I don't have any information on that
you: Yours manager to me does not answer
Adriana V.: call and ask for the manager of Customer Service
    Adriana V.: 1-800-649-1948
    Adriana V.: 1-866-250-3893
    Adriana V.: 1-800-336-9126
    Adriana V.: 011-506-440-9033 International number
you: Call I to them I can not, as I do not know colloquial English language – I translate(transport) with the help of a computer.
Adriana V.: why don't you ask a friend to talk for you
Adriana V.: If I was in your situation that's what I would do
you: It(He) too badly speaks in your language
you: 011-506-440-9033 International number -in Panama?
    Adriana V.: Costa Rica
you: I to hiring of the translator
Adriana V.: good try that you don't lose anything
Adriana V.: they might like to hear your point of view
    you: ok, good bye
Adriana V.: maybe all this situation is just a misunderstanding but you have to talk to them so they have a different perspective
    you: 13132$
    Adriana V.: what's that?
you: 13132$ For your office the big sum?
    Adriana V.: I don't understand
    you: 13132$-my ballanc
you: For your office the big sum?
Adriana V.: that was your balance before all this incident ?
    you: yes
Adriana V.: Well, that's a very good reason to try to talk to them
Adriana V.: I have never had that amount but if I did I wouldn't like to lose it so try to talk to them is the best you can do
    you: Thank you
    you: Good bye
Adriana V.: Any time and good luck

aaa, buddy referrals, should have known from the start. that's why i never take or give referrals, so i dont have to worry if someone fucks up.

also, casino department is mentioned, i suspect they were chip dumping on the roulette table?

SBG GLOBAL is a place to be avoided at all costs...

They robbed a friend and I out of 152, 500 dollars...

They pretend to give away cars and all sorts of prizes, but if you should ever even think you WON an automobile, they will tell you someone else did better...

They have been known to beat up their own employees and they will use intimidation as a way to scare people...

            Beware...

yes ... bonuses ... casinos ... chip dumping ... multiple accounts .... buddy referrals ... "joint venture" ... Eastern European customer ...

This case probably touches every nerve as far as books are concerned. This will be messy.

I wanted to place a bet at SBG tonight on the Brewers. They were -141. I put in that I wanted to win $10 and they were going to charge me 15 to win 10. If that isn't bad enough I went to put in the Lakers to win their series with the Suns. They were +285. I wanted to risk 10 and they were only going to pay 28. I went to their live chat and asked them why they always round up to the houses's favor. They acted like they didn't know what I was talking about and told me to contact the wagering department. Being that this was just for a couple of losy $10 bets for a friend I could really care less but it does show what kind of book they are.
