Here is a suggestion to you.
GO out and buy everyone in your accounting department a desk calculator. EVen better would be to get everyone Excel on thier computer and teach them how to use it. But excel might be pricey for you guys, so shy not just stick to $5 calculators.
The reason for this suggestions is so when a cusomter calls to enquire about the roll, and your computers puch out an obviously erroneous number, it really shouldn't take an HOUR to get 1 person to ADD 14 WAGERS
The math here is not very complicated. I realize multiplication is 2nd or 3rd grade math. But I have to believe by 3rd or 4th grade most people should be able to go 5*3200 = 16000. And then subract 14 numbers.
And if it takes you guys an hour to do the math, don't tell your clients look, we still don't believe you did the roll but we'll let you withdraw anyway. Admit the cusotmer was right, say you're sorry and move on.
I understand if I made 100 wagers, you guys asking me to call back later while someone goes over thew agers. But come on 14 wagers. SHould only take 2 minutes to eyeball and see the roll is done. I've got taxes to pay, and I'm going out of town. A company your size shouldn't be making those kinds of mistakes.
