    Betandwin.com - No Pay - Old customer.
    Hello there,
Some of you may have met me on the other offshore sites. Here is in short my story(I'm not sending this to assistance@sportsbookreview.com as I don't feel comfrotable communicating personal details over a lousy amount, so my revenge will be telling this to the public).

I've been with betandwin for 4 years(since 2k2). I've NEVER played serious bets there. They have always been a nice recreational book for me(bet size 50 to 200). I've had over 200 withdrawals and I haven't had a problem once as I've never been up too much on them. Recently, I got lucky and accidently landed several K in one weekend. Betandwin paid.
A couple of days later I asked for another withdrawal. The details:

    3/27/2006 10:27 PM Withdraw NETeller / Withdraw
    NETeller - 200.00
They usually take 48 to 72 working day hours to process neteller withdrawals. 3 days passed - nada. I send an e-mail request asking for my withdrawals' status. No reply. I called them. Spoke to a clerk whose english was very limited but who was still trying to do his job. I was told that there have been an error, and my request will be processed as soon as possible. I'm usually against posting personal e-mails on the internet, but I judge it necessary in this case. AFTER my conversation with the clerk, the following email was received, the date is 1st of April(April's fools.....):

    Dear Sir

    Thank you for your email.
We have reviewed your outpayment request and can tell you that your request is already being processed. We try to internally process outpayments as qucikly as possible and apologize for the delay.

You should receive your money at the beginnging of next week.

We apologize for any inconvenience caused.

Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any further queries.
    Kind regards,
    Your betandwin support team

That's fine with me. I waited till Wednesday(05/04) and I sent another e-mail. The usual, no reply within 24 hours, so on Thursday(06/04) I call them. I speak to a very nice clerk who says everything is fine and I'm assured my money is "on it's way" and I'll get it tomorrow(07/04). Shortly after the talk I receive the following e-mail as well:

    Cher monsieur

(again, both replies are only AFTER I've talked to a CSR over the phone....)

I have no clue why is it in french as I always communicate with English support, in short tho, I'm yet again promised a payment on 07/04.
Working hours in Europe are over. Of course I haven't received anything. I have no intention of pursuing this matter with them.
Advise to new players. There are better books out there. As most recreational players dream of making this big hit, I'd suggest playing at another place. There is no point actually making it, and not getting paid.
