Yeah some. I went about two years ago and stayed for about a week. the food is phenomenal if you hit the right spots. Most I can understand though because I am from the south, so we have somewhat the same southern drawl for the most part.

Louisiana food = mmm mmm goooood. I try and do what I can cooking in Costa Rica. I miss me some catfish, okra, crawfish, Zatarains, and Tony Chacheres. A local store used to carry them, but not anymore. Oh well, I can still cook up a good gumbo, jambalaya, some etouffee, all dat. I'd like to get some file, but I make my own cajun seasoning.
