Jentude, just asking, but you are clearly fascinated by this one ... seems the only posts you make these days pretty much. Just wondering why this case grabs your attention so much?

Will Hill uses both Crypto & Boss -- two versions of the casino there.

Thanks Bill! Thought that the company who was connected to William Hill's poker was named Cryptologic. If that is true Boss is perhaps the poker software I use the most. Might be worth taking into account in the future.

Bill you might have answered this before, but how did that previous instance with the lady named susan end? WHat was the resolution there? Could they not prove their case?

    Iwager,

I think its great that you are switching over to paradise poker. If more operators did the same, maybe BOSS would finally wake up and realize that these investigations have to be done in a timely manner.

I wager nice to see you reply, and also good idea switching to paradise. They have a very good poker operation. I play there alot. The problem i have is that you guys are accusing this man for 2 months now, if boss can't get you the evidence by now PAY THE MAN! You have no control over your poker room, but you believe them when they tell you he dumped? WHy believe them if they can't show you a shread of evidence? Just my 2 cents

No Pistol. I was also waiting for a promised email update that did not arrive. Hang in there.

It is nice to see Iwager is still keeping an eye on this and I am optimistic that it will end the way Susan's case did.

Paradise Poker appears to be a much better choice.

Its great to see Iwager lives up to their word again. They said they would have the "evidence" to post on monday and sure enough monday comes and goes and nothing from them. Now you guys see what my experience with their customer service was like, always being told they would have answers by a certain time and then they give you nothing.

Also Pete says he did not get any bonus which is not true. I will make another post next week but rest assured I am a hands on owner and I will always make sure I respond to peoples concerns and make sure they are resolved. HMMMM no response yet I see. JJ do you know anything about the other persons complaint with iwasger, and how it was resolved?

Why does the story keep changing everyday with iwager? First I was chip dumping and now I already got my money back? How come everytime I come back and dispute your accusations they come up with a new one?

First off two complaints for a poker room is great, the problem is we just happen to be the two people lucky enough to find SBR and have a forum to share our complaints. IM sure there are other complaints at other forums or people just pissed at their customer service that have no outlet.

Second lets not keep trying to confuse people here iwager. You returned me back my deposits that i made with my credit card, what you are keeping is my profit. Lets not pretend that if i hadn't made those deposits with my card you would have sent them back. The only reason they returned my deposits was because you knew i could dispute the charges on my card and get the money back anyways since they were keeping my money. If i had deposited with Neteller or Western Union im sure I would not have my deposit money back.

The real issue here was that there accusing me of chip dumping. Its been two months and you still do no have evidence of me "chip dumping". As noted on SBR you accused another player of the exacty same thing and it took over two months also to get the issue resolved in the players favor. Your software allowed my brother and I to play heads up, now your telling me because i won or he won that its CHip dumping and the examples you sent my brother of the "alleged chip dumping", that ive posting in this post is absolutly ridicules and you said in your email that , that was the evidence of why you closed both of our poker accounts, so if you had that evidence two weeks after the incident and that was good enough to keep my money then, why now two months later do you not have the evidence to show Bill of why my profit should be keep?

Yes, terrible procedure, failed promises and bad customer service.

    Raffi,

Can you give this player a deadline for when Iwager will pay him if this is not sorted out by your partners? There hasn't been any progress since this complaint was passed on to you.

If it was only iWager involved I would be able to get proof in a day but remember as a licensee of Sportingbet I have to go through them and then in turn they go to Boss Media.

OK first of all 2 complaints in a poker room from thousands of players is a record I am proud of not ashamed of. Secondly I am gathering the proof to post next week however the players funds are not frozen and were put back on his credit card almost 3 weeks ago (which he forgot to mention)
I guess many of you have never run a business becuase otherwise you would know there is always going to be some complaints.

    Pistol Pete,

You're right. it makes no sense. There is far too much concern about preventing fruad, and too little concern about cusomter rights, and common CS..

    Raffi,

Can you put some pressure on Boss media to complete their investigation. It's one thing to ask for a acouple of days or even a couple of weeks, but Boss shouldn't be allowed to simply accuse a player of cheating, and then take an indefinite period of time to investigate. It's not fair to the player, and its not fair to you the book owner.

With only two complaints why do you not try to solve this issues immediately then to avoid bad publicity? But guess that customer service is not a priority for Sportingbet (and might not be for iwager either) as I got experience from (can read that in another thread).

Still, does not make sense to play heads up for real money when you can use playmoney and resolve errands later. Why give away rake to poker site when not necessary unless you want to get raked hands so that you can withdraw your bonus later.
